INSURANCE AND FEES
Understanding therapy insurance can feel overwhelming, and many families are unsure where to start. At Miller Feeding Solutions, we operate as an out of network provider and do not contract directly with insurance companies. This allows us to focus on what is best for each child and family without being limited by insurance guidelines, visit caps, or diagnosis based restrictions.
If your insurance plan includes out of network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We encourage families to contact their insurance provider to learn more about their specific coverage. When eligible, we provide a detailed receipt, also known as a superbill, that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We are also happy to help guide families through this process.
It is also helpful to understand how deductibles work. Many families are surprised to learn that even when seeing an in network therapist, therapy services are often paid out of pocket until the deductible is met. For families with higher deductibles, working with an out of network provider can be a comparable option and in some cases even more cost effective.
While in network therapy may be the right fit for some families, our out of network model allows for more flexibility, longer sessions, and highly individualized care.
Please contact us for more information about pricing, individual therapy sessions, and therapy packages. We are always happy to talk through your options and help you decide what feels like the best fit for your child and your family.
